FYI. I have been in your website, via a link from Rakuten, for the last hour checking out your wonderful selection of products. Your website includes several embedded videos from YouTube. I keep trying to watch them via your website and while I can see the videos just fine, there isn’t any audio. The video isn’t muted and nothing is going to Bluetooth. When I go to YouTube directly, I can hear the audio fine. I can also hear other website videos in a normal way. On your Honest Company website, I have been unable to hear any of your video narration.
Also, I am particularly shocked that your web site video content doesn’t support its hearing impaired customer base with closed captioning. Your personal videos on this YT channel include closed captioning but your videos cross referenced and linked on the website don’t include closed captioning.
